Optsy syncs with our accounting software (QuickBooks) with relative ease, and it covers every facet of field service management: scheduling, work order creation, billing, purchase orders. A fairly simple interface, user friendly, with no flashy unnecessary accoutrements. The mobile app is great for our field technicians and dispatching staff.
